The book is okay. Gets to the point and basically says this... "Doesn't matter who you are or what you know, if you're a good interviewer and they like you you'll get the job. Looks are more important than quality and knowledge." HR reps are the dumb gate keepers that feel they are god's in flesh on this earth but actually know nothing and you can't offend them in any way shape or form... Yeah, a good quick read.
