I loved this book. It was one of my favorites that Cassie Edwards has written. If you like action, love, and romance, it is a great story.

The world of passion

Savage Honor is a wonderful book, is writtin with passion and desire, some people dont know how to put words in a book but Cassie Edwards sure does. She writes with so much pleasure. And the book has a messege too, that sometimes what you see isnt really there. All the books of Cassie are good. Congratulations Cassie, and keep writing with that passion.

I would read this again and again

I have found a favorite book, and this is it. I have enjoyed Cassie Edwards' books for years. This is the kind of book that touched me heart and soul. I will keep this one, instead of loaning it to other friends and family book circles. I will probably even read again while waiting for her next best-seller. She kept the story line followed well, the historical facts in order, and again, it's just endearing. The main characters are truly believable. Best one of Cassie's bar none.

This story is set in 1784, Shawndee Sibley is working as a tavern mistress for her mother's establishment serving whiskey to the town patrons, when she is captured by Shadow Hawk, a Seneca warrior set out to save his people from being corrupted by the Sibley's whiskey. Shadow Hawk thinks he's caught Mrs. Sibley's son, when in fact, it's a girl dressed up to look like a boy, and Shadow Hawk goes from captor to captured by the heart.

Engaging late eighteenth century Indian romance

In 1784 Silver Creek, eighteen year old Shawndee Sibley wants to escape the family Silverleaf Tavern where she serves whiskey to drunks. To keep her daughter safe from the low lives that frequent her establishment, Jane insists that Shawndee dress like a young lad. Still, Shawndee dreams of balls and fancy dresses. Shadow Hawk wants the alcohol stopped being served to his people, the once proud Seneca. He concocts a plan and abducts the tavern owner’s young son. However, Shadow Hawk realizes that his plan needs revising because the boy is a beautiful young woman whose courage and honesty touches his heart. As Shawndee revises her dream to star Shadow Hawk, the townsfolk accuse her mother of witchcraft just like her grandmother who burned at the stake.
