A book every kid should have

This is the most charming book for kids I have read in years. Not only my 5 year old loved the story and wittiness but,as a mom, I enjoyed it too. This is going to become a classic, a favorite of every kid. Our kid will bring it to school to share with his peers.

This book is really wonderful. I read it to my children and they are now reading it back to me and enjoying it so much. I think this is a perrenial for us. Thank you so much for the writing. The illustrations are simple and direct and perfect for my two year old who is enjoying copying them and coloring them herself, and the writing is just great.
