Samuel and The Soldiers of Heaven

There are demons living among those on Earth. They have taken on human form. When the Soldiers of Heaven made the discovery of these demons, the lead Soldier returned to heaven and informed God. God is informed that it is possible that all of the hate and crimes being committed on Earth may not be the fault of the humans. God decided to have the Soldiers of Heaven battle all of the demons, and once those demons are destroyed, he will then decide if Judgment Day will be upon the humans left on Earth. God then instructed the lead Soldier to return to Earth with a younger angel named Samuel. Who is this Samuel and what is his purpose.
