A good book for beginners and experienced alike/

This is a very good book, detailing history, techniques and step by step photos of a couple of sai kata.The book is written in 'laymen's terms' and is very reader friendly.I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to learn or expand their knowledge of saijutsu and Okinawan kobudo.
