extremely helpful

I have been doing kundalini yoga by myself for three years now..I live in a very limited area and this book has been so much help..Definitely recommend it.

This is a great book for those who want to take the effort to do Kundalini Yoga. Written talks of Yogi Bhajan and detailed explanations of postures and Kriyas to help with any specific focus you want to improve. As always Kundalini Yoga is very detailed - times, no. of days; you will achieve exactly what you wish if you follow through. Received promptly, much sooner than indicated on the order sheet. Delighted to have this book.

Practical and Simple in Its Depth

Sadhana Guidelines is a wonderful guide with simple instructions and illustrations. The open and free qualities of this text are very helpful for me as I find my yoga practice very free-form. If you want a solid and highly useful reference for your spiritual practice and physical well-being, I definitely reccomend this book.

Sadhana Guidelines is a "Must have" book for anyone who wants to practice Kundalini Yoga. If you haven't tried Kundalini yoga, you're in for a treat. It goes beyond the postures (asanas) of Hatha Yoga. Sadhana (which means "personal spiritual practice")Guidelines supplies in-depth descriptions and explanations of the mudras, the mantras, and excellent sets of exercises (kriyas) clearly described and illustrated so you know what to do, how to do it, and how long to do it. (It's an ideal manual, making an excellent companion to KUNDALINI YOGA: The Flow of Eternal Power which explains the philosophy of Kundalini Yoga.)
