comprehensive and carefully researched biography

In my opinion the book deserves a credit for very detailed research and great narrative of a very complicated relationship among the band members and being an unauthorized, it's just makes it harder for the writer. But great job, I really enjoyed it

The good old days

When I read this book, it felt like I was transported to the first time I heard Fleetwood Mac play. I was nineteen, at my first concert. It was a wonderful time to be alive and this book brought it all back.

Pretty good.

If you're a diehard Fleetwood Mac fan, there's not much new information here. But if you're a new fan, this book is a good place to start. The author does an excellent job of presenting events in chronological order...sometimes difficult to do when recording sessions overlapped with tour dates, band members' solo projects, and personal milestones. Nice photos but they focus too much on the late 90s, would love to have seen more photos of the early days.

I couldn't put it down

This book blew me away. I have always loved the Mac. I've read all the books. This one was by far the best. All the good stuff, the love affairs, the rock and roll lifestyle was well documented. This one is definitely going on my list of best books of all time. Good going to the writer! You made my life a little brighter.

A real page-turner

My friend who is a big fan of Fleetwood Mac gave me this book. I loved it. As it turns out all those Fleetwood Mac fans have a point. This is a most fascinating story, and even if I don't always appreciate their music, their story makes up for any such shortcomings. I couldn't put the book down.
