My favorite book

My mother read this book to me until I was old enough to read it to myself. It promptly became my favorite book and I carried it around with me until I lost it. It is the very awesome story of a girl who is playing make believe as a knight and becomes the hero in her own adventure. She defeats the terrible wizard by tickling him with a feather and thus bringing laughter back to the land. It's got great values (feminism, peace, laughter) but it's also got all of the elements of a fantastic adventure. A wonderful book for boys and even better for girls who only get to see princesses as heroes. I wish they'd reprint it!
