R.O.D: Made for a bibliophile.

I have to say, when I found out about a manga (and anime) series about people obsessed with reading, I was excited. And I was not disappointed. R.O.D (and Read or Dream, and the anime[s]) are EXTREMELY good. I won't give away the story, but let me just say that if you love books, you'll feel a real connection with this series.
