Robot Wars Technical Manual

I haven't read this book, infact I'm entering this contest so I could get the money to buy this book. But a friend who has read this book stats this is a very good book and if you want to build a robot this could really help. I took his advice becuase he never let me down before. I fliped through the pages and their is a some diagrams to help you out if your a picture person. This is really my friend rating this book 5 stars. But as I hear it is a very good book.

Great book on Robot Wars in England

This is a must have for the fan of the Robot Wars tv show or one who wants to build a robot for competition. Lots of great ideas and alot of photos.

I think Robot Wars The technical manuel is th best book ever. It has lots of pictures and has lots of infomation A must for any fan of the ShowMarc Loakes Aged 13

A visualy stimulating reminder of the action packed TV show.

Alan has managed to hit the spot with this book. The shots of the robots in action are superb.Written from a series of interviews and with an interesting turn of phrase Mr Baker realy has managed to capture the moment of the show. He has given a lot of time to the competitors, something which normaly gets missed out of a book based upon a TV show. He has made the competitors into the main focus of the book. Our own robot NAPALM, was the episode one winner, only just going out in the series semi final. It is heavily featured in the book making me personaly proud of it. In the US the series is either going to be shown soon or it has just started. If you are into mechanical mahem, robots, violent gaming or action packed excitement.. watch the show. If you are waiting to see the show, buy this book to get a flavour for what it's all about. I already have my copy and I'm telling all my friends about it. Get close to the action, read the competition stats, find out what this very American idea is doing in the UK... get to grips with Robot Wars, get your mits on Robot Wars The Technical Manual.
