I find this to be a great little companion book to "What's Age Got to Do with It?". Like the book, the companion book is filled with sage advice, like drink water, eat fruit & veggies, be active, sleep 8-hours a day, and moisturize twice a day. If you need help getting on track, and are serious about implementing a plan, then this workbook may be for you. Great companion book if you need this kind of help.
