The tagline for this book says "Swashbuckling... exciting" and it is an accurate description. This is a historical fiction - romantic adventure set in the American Frontier of 1711. Jonas is a 28 year old frontiersman outcast from his own people comes to a wild new country where men and women fight every day to survive.
