A one of a kind game setting!!!

I am tired of people bad mouthing Wormwood. As a SEPERATE DIMENTION it should be considered only loosely assosiated with the main rifts story line. That said, its story of desperate people holding out against the hordes of demons who hold sway over 60% of the planet sets a great parallel to rifts earth ( as in a " see what could happen to us " kind of situation. ) It may contain "weaker" occ's littel in the way of advanced weapons and strange settings but offers so much story for a GM to expound from . Point is this setting has twice the potential of nearly any other.

Very Creative and Intriguing

I only came across this book recently, but I was pleasantly surprised at what an interesting campaign setting this book described. To a long time D & D player who has been focused on Greyhawk and the Forgotten Realms, it was fresh and cliche free. I was so inspired after reading it, I started plans for my own d20 campaign on this planet. If you're looking for the unusual and quirky, this is a good place to start.

Great this book is very GOOD!

I like it . It takes you out of the basic stuff. So charcters are not up to par with the rest of the Rifts world, but not all charcters are createdd equal. Its good because the books O.C.C.s dont overpower the book previous to this one.THE END...

I liked this one

aside from geographical information, which was a bit sparse, i liked this book, darnit. Sure, it dosen't fit in with the rest of the rifts universe terribly easily, but it's a self-contained gaming environment. :hint: Needs a little more work, but other than that, it's different from a lot of palladium's recent releases in that it has SOUL. a definate, tangible environment and a nice :feel: to it.
