Six years ago, in the park. The body was soon discovered by a well, which was nature's first essential cleanser. He was lying on a rock, waiting for a sign of life before calling his congeners. The wolves followed the crows. Just outside the base, a mother of two hunted wolves, then small predators, coyotes and arctic foxes intervened. A groundhog came to sniff him, sneezed wearily and tore the sleeve of his fur. The wings have been shown only to give an idea of the proportions.
