Civilian Among Difficult Civilians

I took this class as a teacher in Palm Beach County. It was on Blackboard and if you are a teacher you know how to find Blackboard (our internal district site). The teacher was Susan Knight and she did a fabulous job bringing the topics to life. The classwork related to our daily experiences within the classroom. Each day we were to try a prescribed lesson in the classroom and come back and describe it in detail. This was probably the best class I ever took. Even if you do not take the class, you MUST buy this book if you constantly deal with DIFFICULT people. Don't make a mistake -- this speaks to teachers, staff, parents, community members, friends in your personal life, family members, etc. etc.
