great book!

Use this a lot in my k classroom. I was a little overambitious w/ it so I slowed down. K wasn't ready for so many words at the beginning. It's great for learning sight words, matching words, repetition and silly sentences.

Excellent resource for non-readers

I bought this book to use with my English Language Learners and it has been an excellent resource. It provides them with sight words that they need to be successful readers as well as ample picture support. As a teacher, I like the running record to check for progress. I heard about this book from my son's Kindergarten teacher.
