I used to be the most embarassed in my teenage years because of my appearance despite knowing I have a kind and loving kind personality. But people around me still made fun of my appearance.
Two years ago when I looked at myself in the mirror, I decided to rolled up my sleeves and make it a goal change to for the better. So I created a special schedule for losing weight by changing my diet and working out everyday. Now, after losing nearly 12kg, I'd love to share it with those who have been bullied because of their weight and appearance.
