Mark's review

I enjoyed the story line. It does follow Mr. Johnstone's tried and true formula, so don't be looking for great mystery or a psychological thriller, just easy reading with some realistic action and dialogue.

On a scale of 1 to 5, this book is a 10

This action packed, gripping tale paints a grim picture of America's future under a weak, liberal president who is focused on ignoring terrorism while demonizing brave Americans who are valiantly defending their country. Sound familiar? It should. It's the democrats current game plan, undermining our brave soldiers overseas by aiding the terrorist enemy at every opportunity. Consistently refusing to acknowledge America's progress in Iraq & Afghanistan, democratic politicians wail non-stop over non existent atrocities and torture. John Kerry having accused American troops of "terrorizing women & children in the dark of night" is one example of the democratic party's unusual style of "supporting the troops." This engaging story lays bare for all to see America's future under a Hillary Clinton administration, and it isn't a pretty picture. Under such rule, Americans with traditional values willing to protect America's sovereignty are the enemy. This book is a must read for all Americans.

I could not put this down!

William Johnstone is my hero. I loved this book. He made me cry and route for the good guys. He is scary in his telling, as in, too close to real life. I wanted to be a Texan. I want that spirit to be back with us and he reminds you of our great spirit. He reminds us that every average person no matter nationality has the ability to make a change.

Realistic Concept

As a reader of William's works since the early 80's, Johnstone's newest book, Remember the Alamo, is right in line with his earlier works; The Ashes series, Border War, Invasion USA and American Jihad. Very credible considering todays political climate. Johnstone has always been and continues to be the people's voice. Glad to see that the publisher(Pinnacle)isn't afraid to publish controversial issues.
