This book has changed my outlook on life. It helps anyone involved in an addictive relationship by helping them become empowered and authentic. It can help anyone understand what co-sex addiction is and how to live a healthy life. The main way it helps co-sex addicts is by tackling the core issue: shame. Through all my years in recovery, I have read a lot of books and some were great, but none came close to "Relationships from Addiction to Authenticity." This book was the best written for anyone involved with a sex/love addict. A must have!
