I have been taking Reishi mushroom for a few years and it has improved my quality of life in numerous ways. I am so glad that western people found out about this herb. It works!! My family and I are taking reishi mushroom every night with roots and flowers. It saved my husband life. My husband has a long list of health problems: high blood pressuer, high cholesterol, smoked for 20-pack year, has family history of diabetic and stroke. I knew that he's going to have a heart attack or stroke someday, but every since he took the reishi mushroom he is now healthy.
