Reflections in Time

I truly enjoyed this book. I hate to read. Once all my friends caught me reading this book and not putting it down they had to own it also. What a Man! Thanks Elizabeth for a great romance/time travel.

It makes me wish I could go back and relive a past life!

This book touched me more than any historical or time travel romance I have ever read. When a practical modern day woman, Renata, undergoes hypnosis to cure her insomnia, she finds herself smack dab in the middle of a past life. In a body that is no longer her own, she must fumble along and uncover the mystery of why she keeps returning to this life and why things seem so wrong there. If she can fix that...she may be able to fix more than her insomnia. I yelled, laughed, cried, and seriously considered unergoing hypnosis so that I could go back in time and relive the heroine's past life for myself. I literally fell in love with Nathan, the romantic hero of the story and ached for the broken relationship that he and "Renata" must work through to find love.

Reflections in Time (Timeswept) by Elizabeth Crane

Description from the book back cover: Entranced by a stranger ... When practical-minded, no-nonsense Renata O'Neal began to have trouble sleeping, she decided hypnotism was the obvious answer to her problem. But when the doctor put her under, and she found herself in another time and place, about to be married to a devastating stranger, Renata decided that either her therapist was losing his mind, or she was! Enraptured by a lover ... Unable to return to her own era, Renata found life a tangled web back in 1880's Louisiana. Her unforseen marriage to Nathan Blue was threatened by secrets she was only beginning to fathom, and her growing passion for her new husband was hampered by Victorian morals, which proclaimed a woman must perform her wifely duty, but never enjoy it. Despite the gulf between them, Renata vowed that nothing would keep her from loving the most deliciously alluring man she'd known in one hundred years!

Time Travel at it's best!

One of the best books I've read...ever! A friend had given it to me- I didn't think I'd like it but was pleasantly surprised. It's also one of the only books I've kept since I've had it and have re-read it twice which I NEVER do as there are too many great books out there left to be read. I thought the story quite believable and totally entertaining - it would make a great movie, read it and enjoy!

Truly a great story!

This book is truly a great read right from the start. The female in the story is very realistic. An 'every woman' who has everyday problems and is very easy to identify with. A very good time travel story that pulls you in and doesn't let go until the very last page. This book definitely gets my recommendations.
