Great International Spy Thriller

Vienna is the backdrop to this compelling story, which takes place during the early 80s -- the Cold War chills, cracks, and freezes the space between the characters as they move across the board. Posey's science writing background and amazing ear for dialogue add layers of delicious verisimilitude to the story. This may be my favorite Posey Book, although, since they're all so good, it's a hard call to make.
