Dry, dry, dry... but it is what you definitely need to know.

This one is tough to digest. However, if you are seriously in need of covering your corporate behind, this text contains the ultimate counseling you will need. You see, state law allows for too much ambiguity when it comes to interpreting record retention laws (hence, too many cases end up in court). This book provides rational defenses against such nebulously written laws and shows how due diligence and sticking to your own processes can get you through (while keeping your money).
