Real Life Experience Makes this Book Make Sense

I first read this book as part of a class for my Master's degree in Health Care Admin. At the time the book seemed to vary between common sense information and esoteric information. However, the more time I spend working in the real world, the more this book makes sense. I now rely on this book for some important decisions, such as which job to take. While the book still seems to have some short-fallings, it may make even more sense to me as I am in the real world longer. I suggest this book for both those in school and those working. While I did not get as much out of the book while I was in school, it still provided some basic schemas from which I work now. I also had much more time in school to read this than now.
