Reality Sells... & So Will You If You Read This!

Corbus & Guertin have written not just a book about successful selling strategies, but a way to run your business and your life! My dad always told me, "Tell the truth, it's the easiest story to defend!" In this book, the authors make that point a hundred times over, with compelling examples. Sales is about trust and commitment. Being commited to reality is the right way to sell. Buy this book and read it if you hire, manage or perform as sales people.

As both an author and entrepreneur, I have a unique combination of experiences to call upon when reading business books and there are thousands of books on the market that promise "the secret to business success." Although most are interesting, the fall short of adding any meaningful dialogue to the success conversation. If you dig you may find something within their pages you can use, but the majority are theoretical and not based on real life. Not true with this book. Great Book!

Reality Sells is a great read! I've known Andrew Corbus for many years and even had the opportunity to work for him during my high school years. I was really excited when I heard that He and Bill were writing a book and I immediately ran out and bought it. Let's just say I wasn't disappointed. I am a college student now, and not a business major, so I wasn't sure what this book would have to offer. However, after completing the book, I know that anyone can benefit from it. The book talks about being authentic in your business career and I think that is applicable to every part of your life, even if you're not a business-owner. I found "Give Value First: A Tale of Two Cities" to be particularly of value. Towards the end of the article it states: "Love what you do, and do it for the sake of others. That, in turn, will bring your reward." These are exceptional words that I will hopefully be able to incorporate into my own career one day. With 800-Pound Insights and Authenticity Points, Andy and Bill can easily keep your attention. The stories about other successful businessmen also make this book enjoyable to read. I would recommend this book to any of my friends and coworkers and I hope you enjoy it as well.
