Personally, I like it.

This is my first year using this textbook, but the supplemental materials are great. I can give grammar worksheets, play audio clips and give comprehension assignments, show a video and give recall assignments, and the book even has writing practice (for both English and Spanish), and art and culture activities. The ONLY negative aspect is that there ARE a few typos and incorrect answers given on the answer keys, and a couple on the Interactive Textbook review. But as a teacher, you should be able to point those out to your students and make the correction. No big deal. As someone mentioned before, no textbook can make up for a poor teacher, but a good teacher can really find a lot to do with this book. I give it a thumbs up.

Good textbook!

I have used this textbook for two years with my level 1 students, and I have enjoyed it. The book focuses on communication which has real world application. In addition, there are a lot of teacher resources available that add extra grammar practice.
