The Best Book for Real Estate Broker Owners: Before I set up my own brokerage, I interviewed many broker owners. I found most of the broker owners didn't devote their efforts in effective recruiting. Most of the brokerages do not grow with the industry. The number of their sales persons didn't increase but decrease. Only a few broker owners spend their time in effective recruiting and training. There is one brokerage with many brand new agents come in. But 2 years later, many of those agents moved to other brokerages. This brokerage becomes a training camp for other brokerages.
