Perfect transaction!

I am using this book for homeschooling. It requires quite a bit of preparation to do the activities. But, it is great for elementary age kids.

A Must for Elementary Science Teachers

This 227 page resource has sure come in handy when preparing science classes for elementary school children. It is well laid out in four easy to use sections. Section One is "For the Teacher", which gives a number of suggestions for various activities, bulletin board ideas, and photocopy master sheets which can be used when preparing your unit. Section Two is "Life Science Activities". Readings with comprehension questions to answer, Word Searches, Math activities, just to name a few, will keep your students interested in learning such things as Plant Growth, Flowers, Insects, Ants, Reptiles, Mammals and much, much more. Section Three deals with "Earth Science Activities". Children get to learn about the various parts of Planet Earth, including such things as Rocks & Minerals, Earthquakes, The Water Cycle and Clouds. They will also get to learn about the Sun, Moon, Planets and much, much more. Section four is the "Answer Key", which is always useful those teachers whoes major was not Science.
