Awesome Paleo Book!

I loved this paleo book by Michelle Tam! I have quite a few other books and I am impressed by the variety and ease of prep Tam's recipes are! Where I feel other parts of the paleo community are producing books with the same set of recipes, Tam comes with some unique flavors, variety for your paleo pallet, and common-sense kitchen/pantry-friendliness. In other words, Tam's recipes won't have you spending $50 on "unique" ingredients that you only use one or two times in a whole book! Yes, the Red Boat Fish Sauce is a new taste but it's really flavorful and packs a punch in a small drop! Other than that, most of the ingredients can be found right in your local grocer/community! Great purchase!!!
