A must-read for parents of hyperlexic children

My 3 yr old son is hyperlexic. We realized he could read almost as soon as he first began to talk at 27 months old. Once our therapist informed us about hyperlexia we bought this book right away. It was so helpful. There are not many resources out there for us parents dealing with this issue. If you have a hyperlexic child (or suspect it) you have no choice but to read this book right away!

This book explains it - describes my son perfectly, down to the last detail. Great methods for identifying, reaching and teaching the child with hyperlexia. Good resource section in the back.

As a mom with a Hyperlexic child, I found this book a true assest to my life. It gave me insight to things that I didn't understand.
