When Atulya was 4 years old, Aditya Dev handed him over to Maharaj Mahendra Singh. Maharaj gave it to his commander Bhimsen Singh. He took care of him. The Maharaja declared Atulya the prince and gave him a new name, Raghavendra. Time passed and several events took place which brought Atulya to the throne of Bijnor and Atulya became the new emperor of Bijnor, Samrat Raghavendra.
