The best book ever

This book was really good it really helped me with the things that I should eat and things to really stay away from. Before I was kind of confused as to what is the proper diet for a person on coumadin it really has some good information as far as your diet goes. Any one you know that is on coumadin they should have this book.

Worth it!

My husband is on Coumadin for life now and neither of us were good cooks to begin with. This book has been our kitchen bible. I can't recommend it enough!

Useful, Trustworthy reference

I found this book to be very helpful. I may not use the recipes to manage my vitamin K on a minute basis, since it seems to be responsive, but the charts that discuss the levels in various food are well worth the price of admission. Well needed information

I happened to find this book when my then 19 year old son was facing heart surgery for aeortic valve replacement. I knew that he would be on coumadin for the rest of his life. It was after his surgery that I sought out the Coumadin Cookbook not only to educate myself but also to educate my son.
