Miss guided information

This book is 50/50 for me. It's dated 2001, but the information is seriously outdated. Rabbits do NOT belong in cages and hutches. We know better now. The book doesn't talk and the dangers of G.I stasis, or fly strike. It has misinformation in a lot if it. Rabbits NEED a diet consiting of mostly hay. There's literally no mention of this in the feeding chapter. Food your rabbit 80% hay, 15% leafy greens and veggies and 5% pellets. Please do not read this book! There are some truths in the book but if you don't know better you won't know what's out dated. If you really want a rabbit for a companion, check out some knowledgeable YouTubers, like Lennon the bunny, or Sincerely Cinnabun. They're channels will inform you about diet, housing, training and general care. This book will misinform you. Do not bother buying it.

The book is excellent the price was fair for all the information the book gives you on rabbit care. The delivery is fast so I give the whole thing a A+++++.

A helpful guide

We have three rabits and I gain a lot of knowledge regarding rabbits with this book. It is easy to read and has many information.

A Great Rabbit Book

A lot of good information and some good photos. I have yet to find one definitive house rabbit guide, but this covers a lot of the basics: history, deciding if rabbit is right pet, adopting a rabbit, setting up living space and health. There is also a great section on rabbit behavior and behavior problems. Worth buying before or after bringing a rabbit into your home!
