Weighing decisions

I loved this book. The process Dauten outlines for deciding is more than just making a list of pros and cons. It leads you to think more carefully about all the variables that go into making a decision you can live with. And I loved the simple math associated with the final choice. "Can you live with the decision" is way more important than "Is it right or wrong?"
