A Must Read for the Contemplative Pray-er

Jan has written a exciting and beautiful book about being present with God and resting in God's love through contemplative prayer or the prayer of silence. While she offers some simple techniques that anyone can easily practice, the focus is on God--and on how much God loves us. Jan warmly shares her personal stories and some beautiful scripture pictures in such a way that the reader wants to stop and just be present with the loving God. This book is about falling in love with God and simply being embraced by the Beloved--when this happens, nothing else matters.
