Excellent Book

I recommend this book to anyone that is seeking inspiration and direction in their professional life. The book provides practical (real) examples about seeking mentors in your personal and professional life, why excellence is important and the implicit microscope that many African Americans find themselves under in the corporate world. In some of the examples given this book, I found myself, reliving actual examples in my own experiences. I couldn't speak higher of this book.
