This is a keeper

Like others have said, this is one book I'm keeping while decluttering many others. There are so many great patterns in it and very easy to follow instructions.

The very best.

I have a lot of quilting books, but this one I'm keeping close by. If I ever have to evacuate, it's going into my bug out bag. I don't need any other books. This one is perfect. I'm very glad I bought it.

Finally, a really excellent scrap quilt book!

I had been frustrated with previous scrap quilt and fat quarter quilt books that often called for significant yardage of certain fabrics, and then a few small pieces of fabric. I need something to do with all my bits and pieces--when I have lots of yardage, I'll go with a conventional pattern, thank you! This book is chock full of interesting quilts that truly utilize your scrap collection. I can easily pick out eight or ten quilts that I'd like to do from this book--usually it's hard to find more than five from any given publication that one actually wants to try. The book is well-laid out, too, and the patterns are easy to follow and able to be completed in a reasonable amount of time. I now grin gleefully whenever I get new scraps, because thanks to this book, I have plans for them!

A Must For Your Quilt Library

This is my favorite quilting pattern book in my entire collection. So often there is only one or two patterns in an entire book that interests me - I have already made 4 and plan to make another 5 from this one source alone! Also, it is a great way to use up scraps of all sizes and equally fine for getting ideas for swaps (I personally recommend the 'Dahlia Delight' pattern for this purpose). The directions are easy to follow, the selection of patterns has a wide range, and the pictures are printed clearly and large (no squinting). You will not be disappointed whether you are a beginner or an advanced quilter.

This book is the favorite book of our quilt group

This is a wonderful book filled with great quilts. It is the best scrap quilt book I have seen so far. Almost all of my quilting friends purchased it after browsing through mine. It is a real treasure in my quilt book collection. The instructions are easy and there are a lot of great tips and shortcuts in it.

Great ideas to use up those bags of scraps!

I was getting ready to throw away several bags of scraps and found this book. I decided to use those scraps from 20+ years of sewing. I just finished the triple irish chain and what a beauty. I can't wait to try some of the other patterns.

Enough ideas for a lifetime!

This is a terrific book of scrap quilts, with a quilt for every taste and occasion. There are quilts using reproduction fabrics from the Nineteenth Century to the Thirties, as well as flannels and other cottons. Most quilts are perfect for the beginning quilter, yet interesting enough for the expert. As a quilt shop owner, I would say that if you could only buy one book of different quilt designs, buy this one!
