Clarity over Complication

Having had Dr. Krasemann for a philosophy professor, I have found that the content and structure of his newest book is comprable to his thought-provoking style of instruction. Organized in a clear and consise manner, Dr. Krasemann's book categorizes several major philosophical "Questions for the Soul" - one for each chapter of the book - touching areas ranging from truth to aesthetics. He then pulls significant texts focusing on each question to address various angles of approach to these issues. Krasemann does not impose a vapid "ism" onto philosophical issues, nor does he impose his own personal views on the reader. Rather Krasemann leaves these areas of these philosophical issues open for the reader to ponder and interpret alongside some of the greatest philosophical minds known so that readers might ask, and attempt to answer, their own "Questions for the Soul."
