Strong writing, mixed emotions

Queen of Myth and Monsters by Scarlett St. Clair is a promising but uneven read. While the writing style and originality shine, the plot and emotional impact didn’t quite match the first book. Adrian's character fell flat for me, but the intriguing world-building keeps me invested. Overall, I give it a 3.8/5.
