easy to read, but waaaay fantastical

The writing of this book draws a reader in. The story is told almost mythically, with the characters' being almost herculean... pushed by a godly purpose, in relationships that are divinely inspired... In the end, it was a fun read. I think if I were 15, I'd have been in love with this book, since it's that pure romance that teens adore. Everything is black and white. But as an adult, I realize how utterly unbelievable it is. At the same time, it's a fabulous Mary Sue... (*)>
