THE book -- How did I live without this??

Because I like books of this nature and read many of them, I'm very familiar with the subject matter. So I know where of I speak when I say that this book is different from the rest. All I can say is -- Wow! This is THE BEST book on the subject I've ever read. Practical ideas that I was able to put to use right away. Amazing stuff.

It's a gold mine.

This books is a gold mine. It's a great source of creative solutions to common work problems. But it also helps at home. The personality quiz is a hoot! I loved it! I gave it to my mom and a new friend -- it's a great ice-breaker. In both cases the quiz results became a way for me to talk about issues that were on my mind. And based on Cleland's vocabulary suggesions, I was able to get my points across in a way that they were able to hear. Thank you, Jane.
