If you want to can small meals, this is NOT the book for you

Bought this book because we are a two person family and needed small batch (pints) recipes. This book is mainly jams, jelly, conserves, herbed vinegars, FROZEN things...not at all what I wanted. Their other book, "Small Batch Preserving" is the same book, under a different name.
