Learn the Basics from a Professional

This is a well organized, easy to read book for anyone interested in purchasing investment property. Ron gets his readers excited about opportunities to invest by relating stories of investments he or his clients have made. He also has a great model for creating yearly cash flow that will interest even seasoned investors!

an excellent program for real estate investing

Great book - very concise explanation of a great way to amass an estate. its funny - I have made a similar recommendation to people who ask me for advice - I call it building blocks (like the image on the cover) - and tell them that if each year they do and then set aside another deal, its a building block, and at the end of ten years they will look back and see that they have created a strong financial structure

Truly NOT the same old same old!

Ron Draluck's Push Button Investing is a financial book that reads like a novel. It is filled with stories of investors' successes and failures. It gets right to the point and tells you how to profit in real estate step by step. I would recommend this book to beginners as well as the experience investor. Unlike so many real estate investing books that basically are "variations on the same theme," Ron's book is different in thinking and approach. It is so obvious that Mr. Draluck speaks from many years of experience of trying many things and defining what works and what does not. The book does not hype a quick fix...it represents an extremely well thought out process based upon significant experience. Kudos to Ron for sharing this.

Push button investing in real estate

This is a great book. the author is very knowledgeable about real estate investing. I have several properties myself and learned a lot from this book. Highly recommend it.
