A day in the life of a species that doesn't do much

Puffer fish are really quite boring. They munch on a lot of stuff and would be prey for almost everything, but for their ability to puff up. The author uses words that would trip up early readers, so this should a book YOU plan on reading to your little ones. The artwork in the large hardbound version is phenomenal and totally worth it.
