Re-feeling the Psalms

"Psalms for Troubled Times" helped me re-think and re-feel psalms that I remembered from my Catholic school days but had dismissed along with my rejection of dogma that seemed irrelevant to my present life. Gibson's blending of deeply spiritual tradition with her sensual and political awareness is refreshing, helpful. There is no doubt that this is a real poet translating and reinterpreting Biblical poetry for the universal good.
