Business basics expressed in outrageous ways. Solid. Fun.

Anybody serious about boosting profits needs to read this book.Easily read. Short stories reinforce each point. Author's been there and done that. Probably the best business book since "Up the Organization" started it all. More practical than "In Search of Excellence." Be warned. No quick "one minute" cures here. Words like "empowerment" and "infrastructure" and "paradigm" don't appear. Just what it says, a no-nonsense book written in an irreverent and entertaining style.
