Great Book

I thoroughly enjoyed this book. It was a bit slow at the beginning, but once the action kicked in, I couldn't put it down. The story is realistic and the character's backgrounds are well defined, giving you a clear understanding of their motives. The main character, Deputy U.S. Marshal Sam Carter, is the kind of hero anyone could root for. The plot is engaging and suspenseful, making it a page turner. It's an effortless read, with no confusing dialogue or unnecessary rambling. The story puts you right along side the good guys as they doggedly persist in their hunt for the bad guy. Also, the Author apparently knows of what he writes about, seeing that he served with the U.S. Marshals Service and other U.S. government investigative agencies. If you like crime fiction, suspense, or just want a good action book to read, I highly recommend Probable Cause for Vengeance.
