Wait for the new edition

My local junior college says that a new edition of this book is due out in January 2003. I suggest that you NOT buy the eighth edition, but instead wait for the new edition.

It is a well laid out and easy to read.

I found the book to be very easy to follow. I used it to study for my real estate exam. There is a CD-Rom and workbook that follow along and an intensive review that made studying simple.
