I've not been able to find out much on Prickly Pear Cactus as to exactly what its good for. This little book lays it out clearly and is a very good reference to answer questions about this miraculous plant. It has only more recently been discovered for all its good healing benefits so this little book answers important questions to add to your natural remedies selection for your health. It is fair to mention for lowering bad cholesterol Red Rice Yeast needs to be included. It will reduce bad cholesterol effectively and keep it down if taken daily. Would recommend this book
