Good guide on etiquette for a tween girl or boy

I took the class when I was 13. 20 years later, most of the information is still relevant for a young man or lady, like how to sit properly, the manner you should speak to adults and peers, in addition to little things like how to properly paint your nails, using your knuckles, instead of fingers, to wash your hair, and how to be organized. I’m purchasing to replace my lost copy from childhood.
